The Site Challenge
The property had a steep slope overlooking Central Texas tree canopy that left the rear outdoor area inaccessible and isolated from the main home.
Design & Architectural Solution
We engineered a multi-level timber deck floating above the grade, anchoring a custom elevated plunge pool with cobalt blue tile, a spilling water-and-fire feature, architectural laser-cut screens, and integrated warm step and tree lighting.
